We are hiring a server to join a leading hospitality group in the UK. This position is based in Bristol and is focused on creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, a friendly approach, and strong teamwork.

You will welcome guests warmly, manage your section effectively, suggest menu items with confidence, and contribute positively to the team environment. The role is about delivering excellent service at every stage of the guest experience and helping the team celebrate success together.

Shift details

This opportunity is in a fast-paced airport setting, where shifts may begin as early as 3:00 am. Early starts are balanced by earlier finishes, and flexibility across working hours is important.

What we are looking for

A customer-facing background is helpful, though not required. You should bring strong people skills, good organisation, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, a positive mindset, and the flexibility needed for early airport shifts.

Checks and references

Applicants must be able to provide a five-year history covering work, education, and personal references, and must also be willing to complete a criminal record check.
