Senior CRM Developer

About the Role

Birbal AI is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to build, tailor, maintain, and provide ongoing support for CRM solutions. This role calls for deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, third-party integrations, plugin work, and established CRM development practices.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, modify, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Customize and configure CRM functionality to match business and process requirements.
• Handle data cleansing, mapping, integration, and relationship management inside Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Connect Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Create and maintain plugins, JavaScript components, and .NET-based solutions.
• Investigate technical problems and resolve issues in CRM applications.
• Contribute to TAMM services/projects delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development concepts and implementation standards.
• Substantial experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Proven ability in data cleansing, integration, mapping, and data relationship management.
• Practical experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications.
• Hands-on work with Plugins, JavaScript, and .NET development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience delivering TAMM services/projects.
• Prior exposure to government organizations in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
