Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Coimbatore for a Security Supervisor. The role is responsible for managing site security operations, maintaining adherence to safety procedures, and ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and premises. The supervisor will lead security staff, strengthen security controls, carry out inspections, handle incidents, and work closely with other teams to support day-to-day site safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate on-site security activities.
• Supervise and guide security personnel to ensure effective team performance.
• Put safety and security procedures into practice and improve them where needed.
• Carry out regular security audits and checks.
• Act promptly and appropriately during incidents or emergencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a secure workplace for staff and visitors.
• Manage visitor access and related movement at the site.
• Maintain security checklists, logs, and reports accurately.

Required Profile

• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and organize teams.
• Practical understanding of physical security controls and incident handling.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience in visitor management.
• Ability to prepare and maintain security-related checklists and reports.
• Prior experience in a comparable role is preferred.
• Experience in an IT environment is preferable.

The role is based in Coimbatore and follows an on-site work arrangement.
