About the internship

This internship is designed for someone interested in exploring market intelligence, client research, and data-driven analysis. You will get hands-on exposure to how research supports business growth and hiring decisions in a fast-moving recruitment environment.

What you'll do

• Investigate prospective clients, competitors, and broader industry developments to uncover useful insights.
• Search for decision-makers and hiring contacts using professional networks and online databases.
• Examine collected information and turn it into clear client and market reports.
• Keep company records current in CRM systems and other internal databases.
• Assist the business development function by providing research support for partnerships and hiring requirements.
• Monitor market changes, upcoming projects, and recruitment opportunities in relevant sectors.
• Prepare summaries and reports for review by management.

Who can apply

Applications are open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Jaipur, are available for a six-month duration, can begin between 21 June 2026 and 26 July 2026, and have relevant skills and interest in research work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply, and freshers may apply as well.

Compensation and outcome

The stipend offered during the internship is ₹5,000 to ₹7,500 per month. Candidates who successfully transition into a permanent role may be offered an annual salary in the range of ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000.
