About the Role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage rebar fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Optimize the usage of materials, focusing on minimizing scrap and offcuts.
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and achievement rates.
• Liaise effectively with engineer representatives and various internal departments.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel, machinery, and operations.
• Maintain quality control at every stage of the fabrication process.
• Submit monthly steel requirements to the Construction Manager.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all process-related reports in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and workers.
• Effectively handle subcontractors and labor.
• Implement new fabrication methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and ensure the quality of finishing work.
