Project Coordinator

Role overview

This contract role is part of the Aftermarket Supply Chain team in Portland, Oregon. The work centers on coordinating agile, cross-functional innovation efforts that support aftermarket parts and service operations. The broader mission is to help the organization improve parts sales growth by finding smarter ways to serve customers, strengthen supply chain performance, and reduce delivery time and cost.

The role will support the Aftermarket Strategic Supply Chain roadmap by contributing to project coordination, analysis, presentations, tools, and communication across business groups.

What you will work on

• Assist with project management activities, ongoing improvement efforts, and the use of related processes and tools.
• Help build business cases, create internal slide decks, analyze information, and prepare project documents and reports connected to the strategic supply chain roadmap.
• Support the Innovation Lab by collecting information and applying critical thinking to aid decisions.
• Help develop project management tools and key performance indicators.
• Track project budgets and KPI progress.
• Prepare presentation content and deliver materials as needed.
• Organize, attend, and follow up on action items from team meetings and workshops.
• Coordinate project communications to improve awareness and alignment across business units.

Candidate profile

The position calls for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and able to exercise sound judgment while taking initiative. Strong communication skills are important, especially when handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate is comfortable with change, enjoys learning new ideas, and brings a continuous improvement mindset along with solid interpersonal and computer skills.

Compensation and additional details

The hourly pay range for this role is $26.00 to $27.00. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek, or as otherwise required by state or local law. Final pay is based on relevant skills, education, and experience.
