Production Technician

Role overview

WIKA Group is hiring a Production Technician in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on hands-on technical work involving equipment, machinery, and systems, with an emphasis on safe practices, quality standards, and reliable performance.

Key duties

• Fit, check, repair, and service machinery, tools, or systems according to product requirements and safety procedures.
• Carry out drilling and grinding support tasks as needed, both in the facility and at client locations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, then apply effective fixes to restore proper function.
• Run tests and calibration checks to confirm accuracy and correct operation.
• Examine machines and perform scheduled upkeep to keep them aligned with quality and performance expectations.

Profile requirements

• A diploma or certification from a technical institute in a relevant field is required, preferably in instrumentation or electrical engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in instrumentation work within a refinery, petrochemical, or oil and gas environment is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable reading blueprints and working with equipment safety standards.
• Strong practical knowledge of maintenance and repair work is needed.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.
