Production Operator

Role Overview

This position is suitable for a fresh candidate or someone with up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing. The role calls for practical computer knowledge, basic technical problem-solving, familiarity with MS Excel, workable English communication skills, and the ability to handle shift-based schedules.

Basic Requirements

• Applicants should hold an O Level, SPM, or an equivalent qualification.
• Freshers may apply, and candidates with 0 to 3 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
• Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension are needed.
• Working knowledge of common MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, is expected.
• Candidates should be able to carry out simple troubleshooting, software setup, and general computer tasks.
• Comfort with basic arithmetic and yield-related calculations is required.
• A general understanding of production work, assembly tools, and operating procedures is important.
• Strong reporting habits, communication ability, and teamwork are expected.
• Good hand dexterity is necessary for hands-on tasks.
• The person should be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic leadership capability is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating or shift schedules is required.
