Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our restaurant. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in product quality, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, upholding strict sanitation protocols, managing inventory effectively, driving team performance, and maintaining financial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure consistent product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all sanitation standards and regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and control costs.
• Develop and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for profitability.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operations Manager role, or 5 years as an Area Manager.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
