Role overview

This is an outsourced full-time operations role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The assignment runs for 12 months and offers a salary in the range of 5,500 to 6,000.

What you will do

Oversee the full order journey, from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the customer.
Keep a close watch on incoming orders in real time and make sure fulfilment stays on track across all sales channels.
Work closely with warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery teams so service targets are met.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams and external vendors.
Handle order-related problems such as cancellations, refund processing, and delivery delays or escalations.
Update product information, including listings, pricing, and stock availability on the platform.
Track operational metrics such as order accuracy, fulfilment turnaround, cancellation rate, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly performance summaries for leadership review.

What we are looking for

2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally gained in the UAE or GCC.
Practical exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento, or similar tools.
Understanding of last-mile delivery partners in the UAE, including Aramex, Fetchr, and Naqel.
Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Experience using OMS, WMS, or ERP systems will be considered a strong advantage.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Ability to stay effective under pressure and juggle several priorities at once.

The position is offered on an outsourced contract basis for 12 months and is located in Dubai.
