Lead Python Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Python Developer who brings solid PostgreSQL expertise and practical exposure to the telecom sector. The role is centered on creating scalable backend solutions, enabling OSS/BSS connectivity, and contributing to digital transformation programs for telecom clients. Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of backend system design and implementation using Python.

• Contribute to telecom platforms, especially OSS and BSS ecosystems.

• Support automation for network operations and service provisioning flows.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, including frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Ability to tune performance and improve query efficiency.
• Understanding of indexing, partitioning, and database schema architecture.
• Good grasp of REST APIs and microservices-based design.
• Experience with telecom systems, including OSS/BSS environments.
• Exposure to order management, service provisioning, or billing workflows.
• Practical use of ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfort working with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Telecom Knowledge

• Awareness of telecom standards and frameworks such as TM Forum eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.

Eligibility
