Storiesofcommonman is offering a part-time, work-from-home internship focused on lead generation and marketing support. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, digital outreach, and audience growth. The team is looking for someone who can work confidently with email and Instagram marketing and communicate clearly in both spoken and written English.

What you’ll do

• Support the planning and execution of product-oriented growth initiatives.
• Work with the marketing team to run Instagram inbox outreach campaigns.
• Help manage the brand’s Instagram presence to strengthen visibility and engagement.
• Carry out market research and basic analysis to spot patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to business plans and proposals that support broader strategy goals.
• Assist with content creation for different platforms to reach more people.
• Coordinate with different teams to keep business efforts aligned and effective.

Compensation and incentives

The internship offers a stipend of INR 3,000 to 4,000 per month. In addition, there is a payout of ₹1,000 for each lead converted. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹2,000 lump sum and incentive pay of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 lump sum.
