What this role offers

This position is for a product specialist who combines product knowledge with strong customer service. You will help customers choose the right products, support sales goals, and contribute to a smooth store operation in a setting that values analytical thinking and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go-to store resource by sharing detailed product knowledge with customers and fellow associates.
• Support sales by suggesting and promoting products, plans, and installation services that fit customer needs.
• Maintain stocked shelves and ensure merchandise is arranged and presented properly.
• Prepare the weekly flyer.
• Handle order-related work such as creating new customer orders, coordinating with vendors for special orders, monitoring and completing orders, and fixing order issues.
• Deliver strong customer service by following RONA service programs, checking in after orders are completed, and helping customers find, choose, carry, and load products.
• Take on other store duties as needed to keep daily operations running efficiently.
