Job Summary
This remote contract role is for a SAFe Scrum Master working on healthcare domain initiatives with Deloitte. The position calls for an experienced agile practitioner who can guide delivery teams, support SAFe execution, and help ensure strong coordination across healthcare technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SAFe Scrum Master for healthcare-focused projects delivered with Deloitte.
- Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, keeping team activities organized and productive.
- Promote compliance with Agile principles and SAFe practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify blockers, drive issue resolution, and help the team maintain momentum.
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional members.
- Support teams in producing dependable, high-quality healthcare technology outcomes.
- Keep project records, status updates, and reports current and accurate.
- Maintain transparent communication within the team and with leadership.
Experience and Certification
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
Engagement Details
- This is a remote position.
- Engagement is on a C2C basis.
- Compensation is listed at $45 to $47 per hour.
