  • Design evaluation plans and measurement tools that confirm learning and performance objectives are met, including support for valid criterion-based assessments.

What you need

  • Proven ability to design learning for complex topics across multiple delivery methods, including classroom-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning.
  • Hands-on experience with authoring platforms, graphics tools, animation software, and audio editing applications.
  • Strong project coordination and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent creativity, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
