Role overview

The company is looking for an Informatica Consultant to strengthen its Data Management practice. This role requires practical experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and a strong grasp of data integration, data quality, and data governance. The selected professional will help design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions that improve the accuracy, integrity, and usability of client data.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud data management solutions on the Informatica IDMC platform.
• Create, tune, and manage integration pipelines, mappings, and taskflows using Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Set up data quality checks, profiling, scorecards, and monitoring through Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) to maintain dependable data.
• Administer cataloging, metadata, and lineage capabilities using Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and the Metadata Command Center.
• Assist with application-based and API-based integrations through Cloud Application Integration (CAI), when needed.
• Use IDMC automation features and CLAIRE intelligence to speed up delivery and improve metadata visibility.
• Ensure data quality, metadata, catalog, and governance designs align with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards and controls.
• Help clients meet and maintain National Data Index (NDI / نُضِئ) compliance by mapping IDMC functions to relevant NDMO domains, including Data Quality, Metadata & Catalog, and Data Governance.
• Apply data classification and governance controls that support NDMO and PDPL requirements across Saudi government and enterprise data.
• Support NDMO maturity assessments by preparing governance evidence and related artifacts that show control implementation.
• Collaborate with data stewards, data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and build effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for integration flows, quality rules, and metadata practices.
• Support deployed solutions through troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance to keep performance stable and issues resolved quickly.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in data integration, data quality, and data management, ideally using Informatica IDMC.
• Practical experience with IDMC modules such as CDI, CDQ, and CDGC.
• Strong SQL skills along with a solid understanding of data integration and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of NDMO data management standards and the National Data Index (NDI / نُضِئ) is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Informatica EDC, AXON, and IDQ is an added advantage, especially for migration toward IDMC.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Relevant Informatica or data management certifications are preferred.

Preferred certifications

• Informatica Certified Professional in IDMC for Cloud Data Integration and/or Cloud Data Quality.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
• Any additional relevant Informatica certification.

This is an onsite position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
