Role overview
Ryanair is hiring a Flight Planner to join Europe’s largest airline group. This role sits at the head office in Airside Business Park, Swords, Dublin, and is part of the Operations Control Centre. It offers the chance to contribute to an airline that is targeting growth to more than 800 aircraft and 300 million guests annually over the next decade.
Working pattern
This is a shift-based role working on a 4-on / 4-off rotation, and night shifts are included.
Compensation
The starting annual package is €40,000, plus an additional performance bonus of €6,000 per year. After 12 months, the package increases to €45,000 per year, with the same €6,000 bonus.
What you will do
- Create practical solutions for day-to-day flight planning issues.
- Support Flight Operations by finding cost-effective ways to manage disruptions and delays.
- Track the generation of flight plans.
- Prepare reports when needed.
- Monitor ATC communications and respond appropriately.
- Produce flight planning documents for crew use.
- Keep route manuals and catalogues up to date.
- Maintain aircraft performance data.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by Operations Control Management.
