Fleet Manager (Hyperlocal / Quick Commerce Experienced)

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Fleet Manager who has worked in quick commerce or hyperlocal businesses and can handle day-to-day fleet coordination in Hyderabad. The role focuses on keeping rider supply aligned with demand, maintaining login discipline, and supporting smooth last-mile operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Work to meet supply targets by coordinating closely with field recruiters.
• Track and improve delivery executive productivity.
• Ensure drivers and riders log in as required each day.
• Collect COD amounts from riders in a timely and reliable manner.
• Support customer retention efforts through efficient fleet and service operations.

Experience Requirement

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in fleet management within quick commerce or hyperlocal companies.

Eligibility

Applicants with a B.B.A. or B.M.S. in any specialization, any graduate, or a diploma in any specialization may apply.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 4,50,000 to INR 6,00,000 per year.
