Key responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day finance operations and supervise a small finance team
• Deliver monthly management accounts, financial statements, and account reconciliations
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and forward forecasting
• Build budgets, forecasts, and expenditure analysis reports
• Prepare audit documentation at year-end and coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain effective working relationships with outside stakeholders
• Contribute to finance process enhancements and systems development

Candidate profile

• Professionally qualified through ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• Proven background delivering process improvements
• Previous experience in an SME environment is essential
