Field Recruiter

Role overview

This role is for a driven Field Recruiter who can support high-volume hiring and help bring in the right candidates on time. The position involves finding talent from nearby markets, completing first-level evaluations, arranging interviews, and following through until selected candidates join.

What you will do

• Visit local markets, job fairs, and other community touchpoints to identify suitable candidates.
• Use referrals and local networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Carry out first-round screening and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Drive candidate movement and ensure joining happens within the planned hiring schedule.
• Track recruitment activity and prepare daily hiring updates and reports.
• Develop and maintain connections with institutes, placement partners, and community organizations.

Skills and profile needed

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfort with travelling for on-ground recruitment work.
• Working understanding of recruitment practices.
• Self-motivated, target-focused, and proactive mindset.
