Compensation and working arrangement
The base pay for this role is $130,000 to $155,000, along with a strong bonus and benefits package. The schedule requires in-office presence from Monday through Thursday in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. A reasonable subway commute is important for this position.
What you will do
- Manage complex calendars and day-to-day scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings for both internal teams and outside contacts.
- Arrange international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Handle expense submissions and tracking through Concur.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to investment professionals.
- Assist with broader team coordination and office support when needed.
