About the Opportunity
This internship is designed for an organised and proactive person who wants practical exposure in a fast-moving, multicultural setting. As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will support senior team members with day-to-day administrative work and help with strategic tasks that contribute to the wider operations of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by managing calendars, arranging meetings, and keeping appointments organised.
- Draft reports, presentations, and routine correspondence when required.
- Act as a communication link between executives and both internal teams and external contacts.
- Manage email communication and handle phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with project follow-up by monitoring progress, tracking deadlines, and helping ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Work with different departments to collect information and share updates.
- Support the planning and delivery of meetings and company events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Carry out research on different topics to support decision-making.
- Compile information and summarise findings or recommendations.

Internship Details
