Role Overview
As Employee Experience Coordinator, you will help shape what it feels like to work at LEAP from the moment a person accepts an offer. This is a practical, high-energy role sitting at the point where people experience and creative communication meet. You will help design and deliver thoughtful, well-run and memorable experiences for employees across Australia and New Zealand.
You will support key workplace moments such as onboarding, milestones, celebrations, cultural activities and community initiatives. You will also help share the company culture through warm, human content on the intranet and other internal channels. Based in Sydney, you will work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with teams locally and across other offices and regions.
This role would suit a curious, proactive self-starter with creative instincts who wants to build a career in people, employee experience or organisational development. AI is part of the way LEAP works, so you should be comfortable using it to work more efficiently and explore new ways of doing things.

- Strong attention to detail.
- A hands-on mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- A growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Enthusiasm for using AI in smarter ways.
Ideal Personal Traits
- You notice the small details that shape how people feel, from a remembered name to a ready onboarding pack.
- You enjoy bringing people together and seeing events or celebrations succeed.
- You stay organised naturally and can manage multiple priorities without losing track.
- You communicate with clarity and warmth, both verbally and in writing.
