Role overview

Shalina Healthcare Ghana is looking for a Driver to support the movement of passengers, products, or materials in a safe, dependable, and efficient manner. In this role, you will help ensure that trips and deliveries happen on time, vehicles remain in good condition, and all driving is carried out in line with road rules and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely for passenger transport or product movement.
• Work according to allocated routes, timing plans, and delivery instructions.
• Make sure passengers, products, or materials are collected and delivered promptly.
• Handle loading and unloading tasks when needed, with care to avoid damage.
• Carry out regular checks on the vehicle and raise maintenance concerns where necessary.
• Keep the vehicle clean, adequately fuelled, and roadworthy at all times.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, records, and delivery paperwork.
• Observe traffic rules, safety requirements, and internal company policies.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously when dealing with passengers or customers.

Requirements

• WASSCE or an equivalent qualification is typically needed.
• A valid driver’s licence for the relevant vehicle category is required.
• Previous driving experience is preferred.
