Database Administrator (Oracle & MS SQL)

Role overview

This opportunity is for an experienced database administrator based onsite in Qatar. The role centers on keeping enterprise database environments stable, secure, and well-performing, with hands-on work across Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle and SQL Server database environments.
• Track database performance and plan for future capacity needs.
• Work with Oracle APEX as part of the database stack.
• Manage Oracle RAC environments.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and security controls for databases.

Experience required

A minimum of 6 years of relevant database administration experience is needed for this role.

Preferred certification

Preference will be given to candidates holding Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 certification.

Work location

This is an onsite position in Qatar.
