Role Overview
This internship is for a Customer Support (Telecalling) profile based in an office environment. The role focuses on coordinating service requests, communicating with customers, and supporting the claim-handling process through timely follow-ups and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign service-center calls and manage the routing of customer cases.
- Reach out to customers to arrange service visits or support based on their needs.
- Follow up with customers after the service is completed to confirm satisfaction.
- Work with senior team members to help claims move forward smoothly and get resolved on time.
- Handle multitasking effectively by balancing system-related work with direct customer communication.
Eligibility
Applications are open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, start between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and continue for 3 months.
