Concierge

Position Overview

Westin Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Concierge in Singapore to support guests with a high level of care, local expertise, and personalized service. This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, coordinating special arrangements, and ensuring every request is handled efficiently and professionally. The position is non-management and based onsite at 12 Marina View, Singapore, Singapore, 18961.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dining or attraction suggestions, dry cleaning, and other special services by arranging the service yourself or directing guests to the right provider. You will also handle guest calls, messages, questions, and concerns, while following brand standards and delivering service tailored to guests with unique needs.

You will work closely with Bell, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments as needed to resolve issues quickly. The role also includes monitoring guest requests through GXP, assigning tasks to the Bell team, reviewing shift logs and daily memo books, and recording important details in logbooks. You will be expected to stay informed about local events, activities, and property offerings, and to prepare monthly recommendations or an event calendar for guests. Administrative support for the Concierge team, including email handling and record maintenance, is also part of the job.

Service and Conduct Expectations

You will be expected to welcome guests warmly, communicate clearly and professionally, maintain a polished appearance, and protect confidential and proprietary information. The role requires adherence to company policies, completion of safety training and certifications, reporting of unsafe conditions or incidents, and cooperation with teammates to support shared goals and quality standards.

Daily work may involve standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED equivalent. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory experience or license/certification is needed.
