Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and provide mentorship to a team of Insurance Advisors and Agents.
• Drive sales performance, both through the team and direct engagement, to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Deliver continuous training, coaching, and motivation to empower the team to achieve sales and performance benchmarks.
• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and business partners to foster sustained business growth.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging business prospects within designated market areas.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, regulatory mandates, and ethical sales conduct.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of a graduate degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, insurance, or customer service is advantageous.
• Must be self-driven, focused on achieving targets, and possess a strong desire to learn.
• Previous leadership or team management experience is a plus.
