Brewing Operator

Role Overview

Mount Everest Breweries Limited is looking for a Brewing Operator to support day-to-day brewing and process operations at its Mysore facility. The position focuses on keeping operations stable, following quality and hygiene standards, and working closely with the wider team to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SCADA systems to help ensure process equipment and operations run smoothly.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) consistently in routine work.
• Carry out assigned duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related guidelines.
• Work with team members to streamline processes and reduce manual effort through automation where possible.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• ITI qualification is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role, with strong exposure to process operations.
• Good written and spoken communication skills, along with the ability to record and document data accurately.
• Basic problem-solving ability.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
