The role centers on handling Building Information Modeling workflows, keeping coordination smooth across architectural, MEP, and other project teams, and supporting the review and preparation of project submittals. The selected candidate will help drive the delivery of high-quality lighting design work while ensuring outputs remain consistent with technical expectations and project specifications.Key responsibilitiesManage and coordinate BIM-related processes throughout the project lifecycle.Support collaboration between architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams.Prepare, organize, and review project submittals as part of design delivery.Assist in maintaining alignment between BIM outputs, technical standards, and project requirements.Contribute to the execution of lighting design projects in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.Maintain well-structured project data and support effective information flow across teams.Qualifications and experienceCandidates should be comfortable working with BIM coordination tools and processes, understand architectural design fundamentals, and be familiar with submittal workflows. Working knowledge of electrical and MEP systems is important for integrating BIM activities with project needs. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
