Role Overview

Todokard India is hiring a Billing Executive in Noida, India. The role is focused on end-to-end billing support, with a strong emphasis on accounting software usage, statutory invoicing, and accurate transaction handling.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle the full billing workflow from invoice creation to completion.
• Prepare and manage e-invoicing and GST-compliant billing entries.
• Work confidently in BUSY Accounting Software for day-to-day billing tasks.
• Use MS Excel to support billing records, data updates, and related accounting work.
• Apply fundamental accounting concepts while processing invoices and billing documents.

Additional Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software is essential.
• Prior exposure to e-invoicing and GST billing is required.
• Good command of MS Excel is expected.
• Basic accounting knowledge should be in place for this position.
