Barista

About the role

Starbucks is looking for a part-time barista for its store at 1171 Confederation Street in Sarnia, Ontario. In this role, you will help deliver the Starbucks experience by serving customers with great care, preparing beverages and food to standard, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service and respond to customer needs clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customized requests.
• Handle cash and support store safety and security procedures.
• Work across different store tasks during a shift as needed.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Follow store operating policies and standards consistently.

• Availability for flexible scheduling, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new instructions or procedures.
