About the Role

In this role, you will be central to shaping the daily experience of clients and team members by serving high-quality coffee and specialty drinks, while keeping service standards consistently strong.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, iced beverages, specialty drinks, and light food items in line with menu instructions and health and safety expectations.
• Use coffee machines and brewing equipment properly, and make sure coffee beans are topped up regularly.
• Deliver friendly and attentive service, answer menu-related queries, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the coffee counter, kitchen area, client spaces, workstations, and restrooms clean, tidy, and properly sanitized.
• Manage the cash register, process orders, and serve beverages in meeting rooms when needed.
• Monitor stock levels, handle weekly supply needs, and update the F&B manager on replenishment requirements.
• Continuously build barista expertise, including milk texturing, latte art, espresso extraction, and coffee blending methods.
• Guide clients on coffee preparation standards and suggest featured items when suitable.
• Coordinate closely with the Center Manager and wider team to support efficient operations and an excellent client experience.

Experience and Qualifications

You should have at least 2 years of experience working as a barista or in a comparable customer-facing position. Background in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality is an advantage. A High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

Strong communication, interpersonal finesse, customer service mindset, food and beverage hygiene awareness, sanitation discipline, multitasking ability, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
