Assistant Store Manager

Role overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports day-to-day retail store functions and works closely with the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly. The role focuses on team supervision, customer service, stock control, presentation standards, and sales support in a store based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store.
• Oversee store team members, including attendance tracking and performance follow-up.
• Make sure store activities follow company rules, policies, and operating procedures.
• Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate restocking when needed.
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns to maintain a high level of service.
• Coach new hires on customer service expectations and sales practices.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Review sales results and assist the team in meeting monthly targets.
• Prepare routine updates and reports related to sales and store operations.
• Contribute to a supportive, productive, and encouraging workplace culture.
