Asset Integrity Manager

Role Overview

Fashion Dream is looking for a seasoned Asset Integrity Manager to become part of its global team in the United Arab Emirates. This position focuses on protecting the reliability, safety, and long-term performance of essential equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and roll out asset integrity frameworks, programs, and practical strategies.
• Safeguard the dependable operation, safety, and overall performance of key assets and infrastructure.
• Carry out integrity reviews, inspections, and risk-based assessments.
• Track asset health and turn findings into structured maintenance and inspection schedules.
• Direct asset integrity initiatives while working closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance functions.
• Make sure all work aligns with applicable standards, legal or regulatory obligations, and internal company procedures.
• Review integrity-related data and recommend actions that improve performance over time.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on background in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance leadership.
• Solid understanding of risk-based inspection, corrosion control, and asset lifecycle practices.
• Working familiarity with recognized standards including API, ASME, and ISO.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership capability, and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders well.
