Role overview
The Analyst, Insights and Advisory Services, supports AVIA’s advisory work that helps member health systems advance digital health strategy and initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to advisory projects, solution and market research, and the creation of client-facing deliverables by analyzing data, facilitating discussions, applying critical thinking, and shaping materials that strengthen engagement and team outcomes.

What you will do
- Contribute to advisory engagements and research work that inform digital health strategy for members and clients.
- Interpret operational and industry data in the context of healthcare systems and the digital health landscape.
- Develop practical recommendations that support organizational goals and strategic decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with health system and solution company stakeholders with professionalism and service orientation.
- Use Tableau, Excel, presentation tools, and AI-enabled tools to analyze information and present it clearly.
- Carry out primary and secondary research across qualitative and quantitative sources and turn findings into usable insights.
- Build clear narratives and presentations that help stakeholders align, decide, and move forward.
- Work closely with teammates through coaching, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mutual support.
- Handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a matrixed environment while keeping delivery efficient and on schedule.
