Human Resources (HR Lead) Intern

About the internship

Gharpayy is looking for an HR intern who wants practical exposure to core people-operations work. In this role, you will collaborate with the HR team, learn standard HR practices, and contribute to activities that support hiring, employee experience, and overall organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Support hiring activities by sharing job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Assist with talent management work such as performance review support, training coordination, and employee engagement efforts.
• Help with onboarding so new hires can settle in smoothly.
• Keep employee information organized and update HR systems carefully and accurately.
• Contribute to HR projects and ongoing initiatives as required.
• Communicate clearly with employees and other stakeholders in both spoken and written English.
• Handle additional HR tasks and short-term assignments to support the team’s daily work.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who can work full-time from the office, begin between 2 Jul 2026 and 6 Aug 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in human resources.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly stipend of ₹14,000 to ₹23,000. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹8,000 per month.
