Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee warehouse activity end to end and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. The role focuses on leading people, maintaining process accuracy, controlling costs, and ensuring that operations meet required industry and site standards.

Team and Shift Leadership

• Build and maintain team schedules, shift plans, and manpower deployment.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop a workforce of up to 30 employees.
• Manage outsourced resources effectively while keeping operating expenses under control.

Warehouse Operations

• Monitor inbound receiving, checking, and putaway activities.
• Handle order release, picking, packing, and outbound shipment dispatch.

Logistics and Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with freight forwarders to arrange shipment collection and handover.
• Coordinate with purchase teams on purchase order amendments and releases.
• Partner with sales operations and business teams to ensure sales orders are received on time.
• Oversee coordination with 3PL providers across the GCC.

Reporting, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and share operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and ensure records are updated correctly.
• Support site safety and security compliance, with familiarity in TAPA and SIRA considered an advantage.
• Track and manage overall OPEX, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

Candidate Profile

The preferred background for this role includes a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline. Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, ideally within IT distribution. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control is essential, along with the ability to lead large teams and coordinate outsourced support. Good organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also important. Experience with Lean practices, TAPA, and SIRA standards will be viewed positively.
