Teller/Cashier

Role Overview

We are hiring a dependable, service-oriented Teller to work in Dubai, UAE. This position calls for someone who is comfortable relocating if needed and can handle cash transactions with speed, precision, and professionalism.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The role offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 3,000. The selected candidate must be open to shift-based work and should be flexible to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Check customer identity documents and follow bank procedures as well as relevant regulatory standards.
• Explain available banking products and services to customers and direct them to the right banking team when necessary.
• Keep the cash till organized and reconcile cash balances at the end of each shift.
• Spot unusual or suspicious activity and escalate it in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Deliver courteous, professional service that supports a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in finance or business will be considered an advantage.
• Prior experience as a teller or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong accuracy with numbers and a sharp eye for detail are important for this position.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities are needed.
• Familiarity with UAE banking rules and AML guidelines is desirable.
• The role requires the ability to manage a busy workload and juggle multiple tasks at once.
