About the Role

This position sits within rural banking and is centered on the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) segment. Primary Responsibilities

  • Bring in new KCC customers with a solid grasp of credit evaluation and financial paperwork.
  • Use knowledge of liabilities, foreign exchange, trade finance, delinquency handling, and relationship management to expand business volume.
  • Manage the KCC portfolio through renewals, retention efforts, and ongoing monitoring while keeping deferrals and covenant breaches low.
  • Work with branch banking teams to create better cross-functional synergies within the bank ecosystem.
  • Assess growth opportunities using competitor insights and customer feedback.
  • Suggest process changes that improve service quality and operational efficiency across branches.
  • Contribute to sales planning, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Understand financial statements, credit appraisal methods, and title/security documentation.

Education
