Role Overview
As the Project Manager, you will help keep key milestones on track and support close coordination between the industry development and technology teams. The role involves handling multiple projects across different technology domains and preparing updates for IMDA’s senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor several projects across different teams to ensure smooth progress and on-time delivery.
- Act as a bridge between the industry development and technology groups so communication stays clear and objectives remain aligned.
- Create and maintain detailed schedules, status trackers, and project reports that serve as the main reference point for the teams.
- Plan and run recurring check-ins to brief senior leadership on progress, challenges, and key achievements.
- Spot execution bottlenecks early, support the removal of blockers, and contribute ideas that help teams move decisions forward.
- Set up and manage project tools and working processes that improve transparency and team productivity.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-moving technology setting.
- Strong planning and organisational ability, with the capacity to juggle several projects at once.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and methods, especially for monitoring short-duration projects.
- Proven ability to support collaboration across mixed teams, particularly business development and technology groups.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical topics and turn them into concise summaries for reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, along with a proactive mindset for addressing blockers.
- Exposure to emerging technologies and awareness of their commercial implications would be an advantage.
- Comfort working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
