Role overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the experience around building, deploying, and using agents. This includes the no-code Studio builder, which is central to the product and must stay simple enough to use quickly while still supporting production-ready agents. The scope also covers how people work with deployed agents and how those agents surface inside tools they already rely on, such as CLI, SDKs, Slack, and Teams.
This is an early product area that is evolving quickly, so there is significant opportunity to shape its future direction. You will work directly with the VP of Product and the broader product group to define priorities and ship against them.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the agent experience, including discovery, prioritization, and delivery across the Studio no-code builder and the wider agent interaction layer.
- Form a clear opinion on what should be built now and what should be deferred in a space where many directions may seem valid.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design from the start of the product process. The expectation is to build through joint problem-solving, not through detailed specs passed down a sequence.
- Work with the Platform PM, who is responsible for runtime, tooling, RBAC, and governance, so that platform capabilities and agent experience fit together smoothly.
- Spend substantial time with customers, often large enterprise teams with limited technical depth, and convert those insights into product decisions without simply collecting feature requests.
- Deliver on a two-week release rhythm so that every cycle produces something concrete and visible.
What we are looking for
- Multiple years of product management experience, including owning or shaping a product surface through uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Hands-on background in AI or agentic products, preferably including agent platforms, visual or no-code builders, or developer tools, along with practical knowledge of prompting, tool orchestration, and evaluation methods.
- Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes without needing heavy support or structure.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with comfort bringing technical ideas or early prototypes to engineering and design for feedback and challenge.
- Good judgment in prioritization and the discipline to decline work that does not deserve focus.
- Confidence working with enterprise customers and making decisions even when data is incomplete.
- Bonus points for experience with open-source-led or product-led growth into enterprise motions, and for using AI tools actively in your own day-to-day workflow.
