Role Overview
The PM Technician is accountable for maintaining production equipment so that manufacturing remains safe, efficient, and consistently high in quality. This position partners with process engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to keep shop-floor operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on machines to support dependable performance.
- Operate and observe equipment and systems so they continue functioning as intended.
- Help maintain strong PM uptime and improve tool reliability after preventive maintenance activities.
- Handle basic troubleshooting related to PM tasks.
- Work in line with safety rules and compliance requirements while meeting quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service and maintenance work completed.
Skills and Experience
The role calls for a technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with a high school diploma and significant relevant experience may also be considered.
