The company is hiring a motivated Picker to join its tmart team in the UAE. This group is working to reshape grocery shopping by offering a no-queue, 24/7 shopping and delivery experience with deliveries promised in about 15 minutes.
As part of the warehouse operations function, you will support smooth storage, stock movement, and dispatch activity. The role is designed for someone who wants to contribute directly to operational performance in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the store with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Review incoming purchase orders and invoices from distribution centres and vendors.
- Unpack deliveries and restock inventory where needed.
- Pick and pack items accurately according to online orders.
- Carry out regular cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the storage area organized, clean, and safe, while ensuring proper housekeeping across the store.
Requirements
- Education at high school level or higher.
- A punctual and dependable approach to work.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Retail or service-sector experience is an advantage.
