About the role

Intelcom | Dragonfly is a major last-mile logistics company in Canada, with operations spanning more than 100 sorting stations across three continents. The organization focuses on fast, accurate, and dependable delivery supported by modern technology. This is an active warehouse position for someone who enjoys staying on the move and contributing directly to team results.

Salary range: $20.35 to $22.18.

Key responsibilities

• Receive trailers, unload freight, and check shipments against the relevant manifests.
• Move freight by hand into manual and powered conveyor systems.
• Use manual and powered jacks to receive, arrange, and feed shipments into the sort lines; mandatory training and certification apply.
• Set up the sorting area according to the planned sort layout.
• Sort, scan, and process parcels in line with the sort plan.
• Work with handheld tools and technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Place parcels in the correct zones for delivery or linehaul teams at hubs and stations.
• Prepare sorted freight in the correct load-out area based on the station layout.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• As required, build, wrap, sort, and move pallets and packages in hub and middle-mile operations.
• Check scanned and sorted freight to improve sorting accuracy and reduce mis-sorts.
• Keep the work area clean, complete housekeeping tasks, and support safety inspections.
• Handle loads of up to 50 pounds / 23 kg.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Work environment

This role is based in a fast-moving warehouse setting with shift-based scheduling.

Schedule and availability

The job offers a flexible schedule and is designed to fit different lifestyles. A minimum commitment of 3 days per week is required, including 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day. If you can offer more availability, the team will try to accommodate it.
