Operations Support Engineer

Its id3 suite, short for Integrated Drilling Data Discovery, is built to streamline heavy drilling-related computations by combining data aggregation, visualization, KPI analysis, and forecasting tools in one platform. The product is already deployed across more than 150 drilling sites around the world.

Role summary

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to strengthen the team and help manage operations and maintenance for id3 deployments and clients across different regions. The position centers on technical support, QA/QC work, daily monitoring, KPI reporting, issue resolution, and keeping the platform running reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Review input datasets and external data feeds connected to the id3 platform to ensure quality and consistency.
• Check and validate drilling and completion KPI outputs.
• Support ongoing operations and maintenance tasks within the id3 environment.
• Investigate and resolve software-related issues as they arise.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Work closely with the development team and the Product Manager to address operational needs.

Mandatory qualifications

Candidates should hold a BSc in Petroleum Engineering and bring 1 to 3 years of experience in well drilling activities, preferably in HQ, on-site, or drilling software environments.

Preferred qualifications

A MSc in Petroleum Engineering is considered an advantage.
