Purpose of the Role

The Operations Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the Central Edging Facility (CEF), ensuring high standards of efficiency, quality, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Optical Dispensing, Optometry, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven ability in team management, workflow coordination, and driving operational performance.
  • Familiarity with optical fitting processes, lens types, and frame adjustments is beneficial.
