Night Shift Wrapper

Job overview

The company is hiring a night shift wrapper for its Coating team in Calhoun, Georgia. In this role, you will handle the wrapping of finished rolls at the coater roll-up area and help keep production moving smoothly and safely.

What you'll do

• Use the console to bring each roll into the wrapping position.
• Operate the foot pedal and console to apply wrap in the correct color.
• Insert core supports to keep the wrap secured.
• Apply tape to the roll when needed.
• Make sure every roll is labeled accurately.
• Work in line with company rules, safety practices, and applicable industry standards to maintain an efficient and safe workplace.

What we're looking for

• Comfort with basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across standard units of measurement.
• Ability to think through and solve practical, day-to-day problems.
• Capability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs and OPLs.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with leads and supervisors.
