Role Overview

This position is responsible for expanding cash management revenue by promoting cash, liquidity, payments, receivables, and digital transaction solutions to corporate and commercial customers. The role is centered on winning new business, increasing share of wallet, retaining clients, and delivering solutions in line with compliance and governance standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Win and develop cash management business across payments, collections, liquidity, receivables, host-to-host connectivity, APIs, and digital channel offerings.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to achieve targets for revenue, fee income, and transaction volumes.
  • Work closely with relationship managers to increase cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Meet CFOs, treasurers, and finance leaders to assess their treasury, liquidity, and payment needs.
  • Recommend tailored solutions that fit the client’s operating structure and treasury setup.
  • Assist with onboarding and activation of new cash management mandates.
  • Design solutions with support from product, technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Help with pricing, documentation, and implementation within approved policies and frameworks.
  • Ensure smooth rollout, timely go-live, and support after implementation.
  • Serve as the main coordination point among sales, product, technology, operations, and implementation teams.
  • Share regular updates on pipeline progress, deal status, and escalations with management.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, KYC, AML, data privacy, and internal policy requirements.
  • Protect portfolio quality and help resolve client issues when they arise.
  • Support audits, reviews, and internal governance activities.
  • Monitor market movements, digital innovation, and competitor products in cash management.
  • Relay market feedback to product and leadership teams to help improve the proposition.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an MBA is required.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in cash management services or transaction banking.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills at an advanced level.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrated strength in sales and relationship management.
