Role overview
This position is part of engineering work focused on corrosion studies, corrosion control, and corrosion management for offshore oil and gas projects. The role spans both pre-bid engineering and post-order execution, supporting domestic as well as international clients.
What the role involves
- Handle engineering assignments related to corrosion studies and corrosion mitigation for offshore oil and gas work.
- Support corrosion management and corrosion control activities throughout pre-bid and execution stages.
- Contribute to material selection for offshore facilities.
- Carry out RBI-related studies and other technical assessments for client projects.
- Work on coatings, coating selection, and associated industrial practices.
Technical knowledge needed
The candidate should bring strong knowledge of engineering materials, corrosion management, and corrosion control methods. Familiarity with corrosion-related codes and standards is required, and professional certification in a relevant area will be an advantage.
